For example, blood is more alkaline, while the stomach is significantly acidic. Your urine’s Ph levels vary depending on what food you eat; it is how your body regulates the Ph levels in your bloodstream. The alkaline diet helps your body regulate your blood pH levels.

Not only do the foods that are recommended for the alkaline diet maintain a healthy pH balance throughout your entire body, they also support healthy weight loss, disease prevention, and a heightened immune system. While on the alkaline diet, try to consume a lot of organic fruits and vegetables, followed with at least eight glasses of water every day. This diet is the epitome of clean easting and organic living. And the resulting health benefits make this lifestyle change that much more appealing.

You must also avoid consuming alcohol or caffeine. If you are a morning coffee drinker, this may put you off a bit. But after just a few days on the alkaline diet, you will notice that your energy and mood will boost up and leave you with more energy, motivation, and focus than the short caffeine high coffee gives you.
I know, this one is hard, but don’t worry. You can transition to a caffeine -free style slowly, and as long as you eat clean and pretty alkaline, you can have coffee as a treat every now and then.
